I am a mother of one incredible baby girl. She is in the minority. What minority you're asking? She has a mother that goes out of her way to avoid anything toxic in her food, her crib, and her life. But not all mothers do that. Not because they are bad mothers by any means, but because they are led to believe by the media and our government that the food and baby products on store shelves are all safe and healthy. I have so many friends that are mothers and it is my every day mission at Eco-Babyz.com to take the veil off their eyes so that they can see that consumer safety is by no means the priority of many companies whose products they purchase for their babies.

I don't think it is fair that the ones suffering most are our children. I don't think it is fair that moms have to spend precious time sorting through the lies of corporations. I don't think it is fair that childhood diseases are on the rise and very few people realize that environmental factors need to be dealt with immediately! Our children deserve better, and your children too. Meanwhile all I can do is scrutinize every government statement, every advertisement, and read between the lines of the deceit just to protect my child - because nobody else will.
